Our Fitting Philosophy
Patient education is an important part of our frame and lens selection process. There are more lens designs, lens materials, and lens coatings than ever before. We will never "sell" you something you do not need, but will educate you and help you decide on what lens type best suits your prescription and your lifestyle. Your frame will be fitted to perfection and readjustments are always free of charge.
Our Frames and Lenses
Our Optical Dispensary hosts a broad range of frames from classic styles to designer lines and the newest looks. Our inventory changes on a monthly basis and our buyer travels to New York's Vision Expo to stay current with the trends. Our optical assistants will help you find the look and feel that is just right for you. In addition, we will be sure you are aware of all the latest lens options available before you make your final decision.
Our One Year Warranty
All of our frames and lenses are backed by a free one year warranty against breakage, manufacturer's defects, and visually significant scratching under normal use. If your frame breaks under normal wearing conditions we will repair it or replace it free of charge. Our lens treatments are the hardest and most durable surface protection available, however, any lens can scratch or break including glass. Replacement of plastic lenses purchased with scratch resistant coating under normal use is limited to visually significant scratches and limited to once in a 12 month period. Lenses will be remade in the original prescription.
